At Pine & Prairie Lawns, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality lawn care with meticulous attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to addressing any concerns in a fair and timely manner.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We will return to assess the issue and, if necessary, perform a re-service at no additional charge.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• A service was paid for but not completed due to a scheduling or operational error on our part.
   
• A duplicate charge or billing error occurred.
   
• A cancellation was requested with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy below) and the service was not rendered.
   

Please note: Refunds are not provided for services already completed where the quality concern was not reported within 48 hours.

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee.
   

We aim to resolve disputes quickly and professionally. If you have a billing or service concern:

1. Contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of the service.
    
2. Include your service date, address, and a brief description of the issue.
    
3. We will investigate the matter and respond within 3 business days.
    

If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, we are happy to escalate the matter to management for a final review.
